Direct answer: buy it for the scissors and carry it in a pocket. The BI2062B folds nine tools into a 3.07 in 3Cr13 body around a set of spring-loaded, medical-shear-style scissors. The catch sits on the same spec sheet: 150 g, a third of a pound, and nothing locks open, the knife included. Keychain names the size class, not where it will live. I own it and paid for it. Pros and cons
What works
The scissors. Spring-loaded, medical-shear style, one blade micro-serrated and one smooth. They are the reason to pick this over a multitool that wins on tool count.
The package opener has a fully blunt back side, so per the listing it opens boxes and cuts straps without scoring what is inside. On a tool whose knife does not lock, that hook is the box blade.
3Cr13 stainless throughout, a corrosion-resistant steel, which suits a first-aid kit or a kitchen drawer better than a carbon-steel tool would.
What doesn't
The weight. The listing says keychain. The listing also says 0.34 lb. Both are true; only one of them is advice. At 150 g and 3.07 in closed, it is a pocket, pouch or drawer tool, and the key ring is a formality.
Nothing locks open, the knife included. That takes it out of the running for real work-tool use.
3Cr13 is budget steel. It takes a working edge but dulls faster than premium knife steel; the FAQ below has the detail.
Not this variant. TSA allows scissors with blades under 4 inches in carry-on, but the BI2062B has a fixed knife blade, which makes it a checked-bag item. BIBURY's TSA-friendly marketing applies to the BI2051A and BI2052A siblings, whose scalpel blade comes out to make the tool bladeless.
Will it actually fit on a keychain?
It has a key ring. At 150 grams and just over 3 inches closed, it is a pocket, pouch, purse or drawer tool. Treat the keychain label as a size class, not a carry recommendation.
How good is the steel?
